EDITORIAL STANDARDS
Editorial Policy and Corrections
Edu Eminent’s guides are intended to help families understand education options and know what to verify next. This policy sets out the editorial standards the site aims to follow.
Research and sources
For dates, requirements, fees, school programs, and equivalence rules, prefer the school, exam board, university, or relevant authority as the primary source. Clearly distinguish sourced facts from general explanation or editorial judgment.
Authorship and review
Articles should identify their author and link to an accurate profile. Where a topic involves changing rules or consequential choices, show who reviewed it and what they checked. Never imply qualifications or first-hand research that did not occur.
Updates and corrections
Show the original publication date and a meaningful update date. When a reader reports a likely factual error, review it against a reliable source, correct material errors promptly, and note significant changes where useful. Report a correction with the page URL to info@edueminent.com.
School listings and rankings
A directory entry should identify the campus and grade or program it covers, link to an official source, and include a checked-on date for information that changes. Do not call a list a ranking unless the criteria and evidence are published. Disclose paid placement, affiliate links, or other commercial relationships clearly.
AI and assistance
Tools may assist research or drafting, but a human editor should verify factual claims, sources, links, and calculations before publication. Automated text alone is not evidence that a claim is accurate.
Feedback
Readers and institutions may send suggested corrections and source material to info@edueminent.com. Editorial decisions remain subject to verification and the published methodology.
