GoodbyeDPI is a client-side packet manipulation tool designed to circumvent Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) blocks. It is not a Virtual Private Network (VPN) or encrypted tunnel proxy. It does not hide your public IP address, encrypt your complete traffic stream, or guarantee anonymity from destination hosts. For comprehensive cryptographic masking, you should combine it with encrypted DNS services or secure tunnel layers.

2. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall goodbyedpi.site, its developers, or its community organizers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential network outages, ISP account flags, system instability issues, or packet loss errors resulting from using or setting custom engine parameters (e.g. modes -5, -9, etc.). Use the utility at your own discretion and risk.
